Myra Lansky limits her practice exclusively to community association law, representing homeowners associations and condominium communities. Ms. Lansky, a member of the Community Association College of Law, is a leader known in the industry both locally and nationally for her expertise in this area of the law. She has served as a Board Member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Community Associations Institute and co-authored a successful amicus brief in an important 2003 Colorado Supreme Court case regarding the powers of homeowners associations. A frequent speaker on association issues and contributor to the Rocky Mountain Chapter monthly newsletter, Common Interests, Myra has co-authored articles which have appeared in Managers Report, Home Builder, and Condo Lifestyles, and has served on the Community Associations Institute National Faculty for National Conferences in Denver, Atlanta, and Tucson, and for National Law Seminars in Santa Monica, San Diego, Washington, D.C., and New Orleans.

Wendy Weigler litigates, mediates and arbitrates numerous types of covenant enforcement, contract, and collection issues for homeowner associations, as well as commercial disputes for corporate clients, with emphasis on real estate litigation. She has been successful in both state and federal appeals and has several published opinions. On her transactional side, she advises business and homeowner association clients in a general counsel capacity, and facilitates client transactions through negotiation of terms, drafting and reviewing commercial leases and purchase contracts.

Kim Porter also practices in the area of community association law, representing homeowners’ associations and condominium communities.  She also practices real estate and business law, and has experience in bankruptcy, collection, employment and administrative law—all areas that routinely impact community associations.  Kim’s experience is a great fit for counseling and representation of homeowners associations and condominium communities. She also represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including the drafting and review of lease agreements and contracts for the purchase and sale of property.
